Casa Violetta has 5 bedrooms and sleeps 10 persons (maximum 2 per room excluding infants*). We realise that sometimes you may not require all 5 bedrooms so, in the Low Season only, you can choose to use fewer rooms and pay accordingly.

Children sharing a parent's bedroom (same price all seasons) * Cots for children up to 3 years old and fold-away beds for children up to 8 years old are available at €85 each per week inlcuding bed linen and towels. These items can be placed in one or more bedrooms as required but not in the lounge. Infants up to 6 months using their own cot and linen are free.
Prices quoted are in Euros per week, Friday to Friday. We primarily let on a weekly basis but extra days may be available by arrangement. In certain seasons we offer a discount depending on the number of bedrooms you require but no matter how many rooms you choose (3, 4 or 5) the entire house, the pool and the grounds are exclusively yours (except for the bedrooms you choose not to take, which will be locked).

Terms and Conditions : [Hide] A 30% deposit is payable on confirmation of booking. The balance is due 6 weeks before the commencement of your stay. In the case of bookings made less than 6 weeks before commencement of your stay the full amount is payable with the booking. Only guests that you nominate before your arrival are entitled to stay at Casa Violetta. Under no circumstances may the lounge be used as a bedroom and the furniture in the lounge, especially the sofa, must not be moved. On arrival we shall require a breakage deposit of €500, cash only please, which will be returned to you, in full, subject to deductions for breakages or exceptional cleaning, on the day you depart. We can also accept this deposit in Sterling, US Dollars, Canadian Dollars or Australian Dollars; we shall return this currency to you when you leave. To enable us to clean between lettings your arrival time should not be before 4:00 pm and your departure should be no later than 10:00 am. If you plan to arrive after 10:00 pm please let us know. Rates cover bed linen, towels and tea towels (which are replaced weekly), electricity, gas for cooking and hot water and final cleaning. Central heating is not included in the price and is normally only needed between October and March. If central heating is required it will be charged extra at cost according to the gas consumed. The final clean assumes that all dishes are washed and put away, rubbish bins are emptied and rubbish disposed of, the dishwasher is emptied, the coffee maker is cleaned, the kitchen is tidied, the barbecue & pizza oven areas are as you found them, etc. If we need to do these chores for you we shall make a charge for this. Casa Violetta is let to you in good faith; we have done everything to ensure that you have a happy and safe holiday in our house but we cannot accept liability for loss or damage to guests' property or for any personal injury sustained on the premises. Swimming pools especially are a potential source of injury; please look after your children. If you cancel more than 6 weeks before the commencement of your planned stay we'll try to relet and, if successful, refund you 50% of your deposit. If you cancel less than 6 weeks before the commencement of your planned stay then we retain the right to the full cost of the agreed letting whether you have paid the balance due or not. For our part, if something were to happen to the house before tenancy starts which makes occupancy impossible, although we cannot be held responsible for any loss you might incur, we guarantee to refund immediately all money you may have paid to us. For these reasons we strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance.
